I worked with Consolidated Properties Group and Colliers to position Monarch Residences as the ‘true’ experience. The only development in Toowong that’s truly riverfront, truly has the best views and truly celebrates the best of Queensland living.

The project required a new brand toolkit, refined logo, a hard-cover linen buckram master brochure, a hard-cover linen buckram penthouse brochure, photography, sales books, display suite and website.
