THINK BEYOND TODAY, THINK 500 BOURKE.
I worked with ISPT and Colliers to position 500 Bourke St as an address that inspires business, staff members and clients. I focused on the unique benefit of tailored workspaces along with best in class hospitality in the city’s most desirable location.
The primary messaging and campaign was scripted around the ESG works ISPT have in place for the building, including re-homing and salvaging any of the fit-out to local sporting clubs and non-for-profit groups. I crafted a series of mini-films, interviewing talent from the retail spaces downstairs, through to the Melbourne Mayor Sally Capp and the head of ESG at ISPT.
Think beyond today, Think 500 Bourke became the line to drive workers back into commercial buildings in the post covid world.
The project called for a brand toolkit, language bible, IM’s, photography, display suite, website and a curated collection of mini films focusing on the building and surrounding area.
I managed, briefed and worked alongside a team of Digital Designers, Videographers, Photographers and Artworkers at The Property Agency.
